On the surface, Reiki is an incredible relaxation experience. You will arrive comfortably dressed and invited to rest on a massage table, being asked to only remove your shoes. You will be guided through simple breathing exercises and then the light touch massage begins.
‘We” know:
All matter has energy, moving at different “speeds”;
The human brain emits “waves” that can be measured;
The human heart creates a measurable electromagnetic field that can be measured up to three feet in diameter from each being.
Activities such as being in nature, sleep, meditation, focused breathing, or reflecting on a stored loving memory will reduce blood pressure, improve focus, and influence your body to decrease stress hormones (fight or flight) and increase hormones that support a sense of ease (dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin and endorphins);
And, if you are interested in crystals; crystals generate what is known as “piezoelectricity” which are used in common every day things such as the lighter you use to light a grill, or your quartz watch.
So science, biology, psychology, spirituality and one more thing, commitment, create the deeper Reiki experience.
Reiki works with the natural energy (life source from the Creator) that is within all of us.
The Reiki practitioner has trained to understand, practice, and hold sacred this art.
All Reiki practitioners commitment each day to: (Gassho meditation/5 Reiki Spiritual Principles)
Just for today I will be grateful for my blessing;
Just for today I will not be angry;
Just for today I will not worry ;
Just for today I will do my work with integrity;
Just for today I will be kind and loving to all living beings.
As your Reiki practitioner, and in my language, I have chosen and committed to being the vessel by which this life force energy can be focused and used, with permission, to support the others journey to wholeness (self -care, healing, discovery, awareness). It is with permission from source (Creator/God) that I do this.
What is Intuitive Coaching?
It is important to understand that coaching is not “therapy” (a focus on what’s wrong). Coaching is a transformational process (where’s the opportunity? For growth? For healing? For change/transformation?). The process support is designed to support you to thrive.
My “intuitive coaching” incorporates my empathic abilities. I am a physical empath. I often sense physical messages from the client before their “brain” is articulating it, or wanting to articulate it. I do not read minds, I sense physical sensations (coolness, heat, stiffness, pain, heaviness, tingling etc.) and with permission, ask you about the sensation.
Using the two approaches together, I am able to help a client dismantle a “story” that could be holding you back.
Why combine the two?
What you feed grows! The intuitive coaching set helps set the intention, and remove distractions and preps the client for a deeply rewarding reiki experience.
I have no control over you or any outcome. You are not required to be religious/spiritual. You are asked to be open and curious.
I accept you as you are, and expect the same in return.
